Selma, TX (October 15, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Selma area on Wednesday morning, October 13, ended in injuries. At around 8:48 a.m., the Selma Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 35.

Reports from local authorities show that a silver 2013 Ford, driven by a 55-year-old man, crashed into the rear of a black 2019 Mazda on Interstate 35.

The driver of the Mazda, a 54-year-old female, sustained injuries in the accident. She was transported to a nearby hospital where she underwent treatment for her injuries.

At this time, the police in Selma are investigating the crash.
