San Antonio, TX (January 13, 2022) – At around 4:30 a.m., on January 11, emergency crews were requested on-site at an industrial accident on Jackson Keller Road.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that a woman was involved in an accident at the Andy Garcia Foods processing plant located in the 1800 block of Jackson Keller Road.

As the woman engaged in cleaning the chopper/mixer machinery, she became lodged in it from the waist down. The woman was removed from the machine and rushed to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
