San Antonio, TX (April 4, 2022) – Two people were left critically injured as a result of a pedestrian crash on San Antonio’s Northwest Side. On April 1, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of an accident on Loop 410.
Reports provided by authorities show that just before noon, a woman was traveling near the southbound side of Loop 410 when she was struck by a pickup truck. The truck then crashed into a flyover column near Evers Road and caught on fire.
The driver and the pedestrian were both injured in the crash. Both victims were rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
