San Antonio, TX (March 1, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Monday evening in the San Antonio area ended in injuries. At around 5:45 p.m., on February 28, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on US Highway 281.

Reports provided by the San Antonio Police Department indicate that a collision involving a semi-truck occurred on the southbound side of US Highway 281. The incident caused delays near East Grayson Street that extended back toward Northeast Loop 410.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical care.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
