San Antonio, TX (March 16, 2022) – A pedestrian accident reported in the San Antonio area has left one man with serious injuries. At around 10:20 p.m., on March 13, emergency crews were notified that a pedestrian accident on South New Braunfels Avenue required assistance.

According to reports, a man in his 50s was walking with a female pedestrian near South New Braunfels Avenue and Denver Boulevard during the evening hours. For unknown reasons, the two pedestrians were struck by a white sedan.

The man sustained serious injuries in the crash. He was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center and admitted in critical condition. The woman was uninjured.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation
