San Antonio, TX (March 31, 2022) – An accident on the far west side of San Antonio claimed one man’s life on Tuesday evening, March 29.

Reports provided by the San Antonio Police Department show that at around 10:45 p.m., a male pedestrian was walking near the westbound side of Culebra Road. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle between Galm Road and Ranch View Road.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as a female driver, remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.

The male pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was not injured in the incident.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
