San Antonio, TX (October 22, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Bexar County on Tuesday afternoon ended in injuries. At around 12:30 p.m., on October 19, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that a crash on South New Braunfels Avenue required assistance.

Reports from authorities show that a blue 2006 Dodge was traveling on South New Braunfels Avenue in the area of Iowa Street when the driver, a 19-year-old female, disregarded a traffic control device. As a result, the vehicle collided with a black 2021 Mazda.

One person involved in the accident was injured. The victim was transported to a local hospital for care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
