San Antonio, TX (November 2, 2021) – One person was left with critical injuries following a motor vehicle accident in San Antonio on Saturday morning, October 30. At around 2:52 a.m., authorities were notified that an accident on Jones Maltsberger Road required assistance.

Reports from authorities show that a suspected drunk driver was traveling through the intersection of Jones Maltsberger Road and Thousand Oaks Drive when they became involved in an accident with a motorcycle and a third vehicle.

The rider sustained severe injuries in the accident. The victim was transported to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was subsequently taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
