San Antonio, TX (February 23, 2022) – An auto accident reported in the Downtown area ended in injuries. At around 8:15 a.m., on February 23, the San Antonio Police Department was requested on-site at a crash on Interstate 35.

Reports from the police indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 35 in the area near Powell Street. The incident caused some delays on the South Side of downtown.

At least one person involved in the accident was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
