San Antonio, TX (December 21, 2021) – A crash reported just northwest of downtown San Antonio sent two people to area hospitals early Monday morning. At around 1:30 a.m., on December 20, emergency crews received the request for assistance on-site at a crash on Woodlawn Avenue.

Reports from authorities show that a sedan was attempting to make a left turn onto Blanco Road from Woodlawn Avenue when it was broadsided by a pickup truck. The impact of the crash caused the sedan to roll over and come to rest on its side.

A man in the car and a woman in the pickup truck were both injured. The two victims were transported to area hospitals for medical care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
