San Antonio, TX (November 8, 2021) – One woman was left with serious injuries following a motor vehicle accident in the San Antonio area early Sunday morning, according to local news sources. At around 12:55 a.m., on November 7, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on West Avenue.

Reports from the police show that a 2019 Ford Raptor made a left turn from San Angelo Street onto West Avenue during the morning hours. For unknown reasons, the vehicle was struck by a 2014 Ford Fusion, which was traveling southbound. The impact of the crash caused the Ford to rotate and strike a utility pole.

A 21-year-old female in the Ford sustained serious injuries. She was transported to University Hospital where she underwent emergency medical care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
