San Antonio, TX (January 17, 2022) – One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Bexar County. At around 7:15 a.m., on January 12, emergency crews were called to the site of an accident on Wurzbach Road.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that the driver of a silver 2002 Toyota became distracted while traveling on Wurzbach Road. As a result, they crashed their vehicle into a green 2021 Subaru near Ewing Hal sell Drive.

The driver of the Subaru, a 73-year-old woman, was injured in the accident. EMS transported the woman to a local hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
