San Antonio, TX (January 12, 2022) – Authorities were requested on-site at a crash on the West Side of San Antonio that ended in injuries. At around 7:20 a.m., on January 12, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that a collision on General McMullen Drive required assistance.

Reports from local authorities show that a traffic-related incident involving an unknown number of vehicles blocked General McMullen Drive in the area of Commerce Street. The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off a section of the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.

EMS rendered aid to victims while at the scene of the accident. An unknown number of people were transported to area hospitals for further care.

At this time, the SAPD is investigating the crash.
