San Antonio, TX (March 15, 2022) – One man has lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident on the Northeast side of San Antonio. At around 2:30 p.m., on March 10, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Farm to Market Road 78.

Reports from authorities show that 29-year-old Arturo Sida was driving a small sedan on Farm to Market Road 78 when his vehicle collided head-on with a second vehicle near Lakeview Drive.

Sida sustained severe injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the second vehicle was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center for the treatment of injuries.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
