San Antonio, TX (March 9, 2022) – An automobile accident reported in the San Antonio area sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. At around 8:10 p.m., on March 8, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Loop 1604.

Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles that occurred on eastbound Loop 1604 near La Cantera Parkway caused stop and go traffic that expanded back toward Babcock Road.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
