San Antonio, TX (March 23, 2022) – One man has lost his life as a result of a bicycle accident on the North Side of San Antonio on Thursday evening. At around 7 p.m., on March 17, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the Salado Creek Greenway.
Reports provided by authorities show that 53-year-old Craig Steven Gulledge was riding a bicycle at the Salado Creek Greenway, located in the 1900 block of Northeast Loop 410, during the evening hours.
As Gulledge passed the intersection near Post Oak Lane, he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
Gulledge suffered fatal injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
