Balcones Heights, TX (October 21, 2021) – The driver of a vehicle failed to control their speed while driving on Interstate 10 on Tuesday evening, October 19. As a result, they caused a crash that sent one person to a local hospital with injuries.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that a silver 2016 Ford was traveling on Interstate 10 in the area of Interstate 410. As the vehicle passed through the area, it crashed into the rear of a white 2018 Toyota.

One person in the Toyota was injured. The victim, identified as a 30-year-old female, was transported to a local hospital for further care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
