San Antonio, TX (March 9, 2022) – Just after noon on March 8, the San Antonio Police Department was dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Northeast Side of San Antonio that ended in injuries.

Preliminary investigations surrounding the crash show that a collision between vehicles occurred on Austin Highway during the afternoon hours. The incident caused moderate delays throughout the area of Perrin Beitel Road.

Medical personnel responded to the scene of the motor vehicle accident to provide treatment to injured victims as the police and firefighters secured the area.

EMS transported at least one person to a nearby hospital where they underwent further treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
