San Antonio, TX (March 11, 2022) – At around 2:30 a.m., on March 10, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of an accident on Farm to Market Road 78.

Reports from the SAPD show that a small sedan was traveling on Farm to Market Road 78 when it collided head-on with a second vehicle near Lakeview Drive.

The driver of the small sedan sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The second driver was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are underway.
