San Antonio, TX (March 28, 2022) – One woman has lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Sunday morning in the San Antonio area. On March 27, the San Antonio Fire Department and the San Antonio police responded to the scene of an auto accident on South Flores Street.

Reports provided by authorities show that a head-on collision between two vehicles occurred on South Flores Street at the intersection of East Dickinson Avenue just after midnight. The incident left both vehicles with moderate damage.

One man had to be extricated from his vehicle. He was rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Two women on the second vehicle were severely injured. One woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second victim was transported to a nearby hospital where she was admitted in stable condition.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
