San Antonio, TX (March 30, 2022) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the San Antonio area. Early Thursday morning, March 24, the San Antonio Police Department was dispatched to the scene of an accident on San Pedro Avenue.

Reports provided by authorities show that a black 2018 Jeep passed through a traffic control signal at the intersection of San Pedro Avenue and West Woodlawn Avenue. As a result, the Jeep collided with a black 2017 Ford.

The driver of the Ford, a 20-year-old male, sustained injuries in the accident. The man was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
