So when you come and visit with us at the Packard Law Firm for the first time about your car accident, we’d like you to bring in 3 different sets of information.
- The first is information about yourself. We’re going to mail or email you a questionnaire and would like you to fill out all the questions you can. It seems like it may take a little while, but it’s worth it, it helps speed the process along and helps us gather good information. Another thing we want you to bring is your car insurance information, health insurance card and a photo ID.
- The second area of information we want you to bring in, is information about the wreck itself. So, if the police were there, bring in any paperwork, a case number or card they gave you. If not, any information about the other driver: contact info or their insurance information; that’s real helpful. And then if you took any photos of the vehicles, accident scene, or of your injuries, bring those in – even if they are on your phone; we’ll get those copied for you.
- The last area of information we’d like you to bring in is information about your medical treatment. So, if you went into the ER and they gave you some discharge paperwork, go ahead and bring that in. Let us know if you went to your family doctor instead. Bring contact information (business card) for anybody that you’ve seen. If you’ve received any medical bills brings those in as well. We’ll put all that together and get started on your case.
I know this seems like a lot of information that you need to bring in, but don’t stress out. If you don’t have all of it, just bring what you have and we’ll help you gather the rest. If you have any questions or need help, please give us a call, or fill out the form online (packardfirm.com).
