San Antonio, TX (October 15, 2021) – A crash reported in the San Antonio area on Friday morning, October 15, ended in injuries. At around 5:52 a.m., authorities were notified that a crash took place on Loop 1604.

Reports from the San Antonio Police show that a collision between vehicles blocked the northbound side of Loop 1604 in the area of West Military Drive.

The incident caused moderate delays in traffic throughout the area as crews worked to clear the scene.

EMS rendered aid to victims briefly while on-site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the police in San Antonio.
