San Antonio, TX (October 18, 2021) – A collision between three vehicles sent several people to local hospitals with injuries on Thursday, October 14.

Just after 5 p.m., the San Antonio Police Department was notified that a major collision required assistance.

Reports from the SAPD indicate that a blue 2011 Ford was traveling in the area of 3795 Pleasanton Road during the early evening hours. Due to the vehicle following too closely, it collided with a blue 2020 Honda. The impact of the crash pushed the Honda forward where it collided with the rear of a black 2018 Chevrolet.

The crash left several people injured. The 34-year-old female driver of the ford, the 62-year-old male driver of the Honda, the 43-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet, and a passenger in her vehicle, identified as a 38-year-old female, were all injured. The victims were all rendered aid at the scene before being transported to a local hospital for care.

At this time, the police department is investigating the crash.
