San Antonio, TX (October 21, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Bexar County sent two people to local hospitals with injuries. At around 6:35 p.m., on October 17, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on Heimer Road.

Reports from authorities show that a white 2014 GMC was traveling in the area of 698 Heimer Road when the driver failed to yield the right of way. As a result, the vehicle collided with a beige 2004 Ford.

The driver of the Ford, a 36-year-old female, and a second person were both injured in the accident. The two victims were transported to area hospitals for further care.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
