San Antonio, TX (October 28, 2021) – An auto accident reported in the San Antonio area on Monday morning ended in injuries. At around 9:20 a.m., on October 25, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of an accident on US Highway 281.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that a gray 2011 Toyota was traveling on US Highway 281 near the area of Wurzbach Parkway. The driver of the vehicle, a 27-year-old female, engaged in a faulty evasive action. As a result, the Toyota caused a collision between a 2017 Kia and a green 2009 Toyota.

The driver of the green Toyota, a 62-year-old female, sustained injuries in the accident. She was transported to a local hospital where she underwent further medical care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
