Car Accidents in Texas
Drunk or impaired drivers are a major factor in nearly one-quarter of all accidents across our state. When drivers are impaired, they are unable to accurately control their vehicles. As a result, they are more likely to run red lights, pass stop signs, and crash into other vehicles sharing the road.
Although no two accidents are alike, there are many cases where victims suffer similar injuries that require extensive medical care. Some of the most common injuries sustained by serious crash victims include:
- Burn injuries
- Back injuries
- Broken bones
- Soft tissue (neck) injuries
- Head injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
Not only are injuries incredibly painful and debilitating, but they are often costly to treat. When people are hurt in motor vehicle accidents, due to the negligence of others, they often have legal options available to help them move forward. When victims are hurt in collisions, they should seek the assistance of a car accident lawyer in San Antonio as soon as possible. In some cases, victims may have legal options available to help them move forward and hold negligent parties accountable for their actions.
