San Antonio, TX (November 18, 2021) – One woman has lost her life following a crash in San Antonio on Wednesday evening, November 17. At around 7 p.m., the San Antonio Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Enrique M Barrera Parkway.

Reports from the SAPD show that a female pedestrian was walking across Enrique M Barrera Parkway in the area near Southwest 34th Street when she was struck by a vehicle.

The woman sustained severe injuries in the accident. EMS arrived and provided life-saving measures to the woman for several minutes. However, she ultimately passed away from her injuries.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. No other injuries were reported.
