San Antonio, TX (December 8, 2021) – A crash reported on the North Side of San Antonio sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. Just after 2 p.m., on December 7, emergency crews received the request for assistance on-site at a crash on West Avenue.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that a crash between vehicles occurred on West Avenue that caused moderate delays in the area of Jackson Keller Road.

The incident prompted crews to close off the roadway for an extended time as they worked to clear the area.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care.

At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
