San Antonio, TX (January 25, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the San Antonio area ended in injuries. At around 9:13 p.m., on January 18, emergency crews were requested on-site at a motor vehicle accident on West Avenue.

Reports from the San Antonio Police Department show that a crash involving an unknown number of vehicles occurred in the area of 4698 West Avenue near Arroyo Vista Drive.

The incident prompted emergency crews to close off a portion of the roadway as they worked to clear the scene.

One person involved in the accident was injured. EMS transported the victim to a nearby hospital for further care.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
