San Antonio, TX (February 7, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the San Antonio area left one man seriously injured. At around 11:20 p.m., on February 6, emergency crews were requested on-site at a crash on San Pedro Avenue.

Reports from authorities show that a gray pickup truck was traveling north on San Pedro Avenue when it collided head-on with a white pickup truck not far from Fresno Road.

The incident blocked the 4700 block of San Pedro Avenue, causing moderate delays throughout the area.

The driver of one of the pickup trucks was ejected from his vehicle. The man was rushed to University Hospital where he was listed in serious condition.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
