San Antonio, TX (March 3, 2022) – Two people were transported to local hospitals with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Bexar County. AT around 1 p.m., on February 26, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on West Commerce Street.

Reports from the SAPD show that the driver of a black 2013 Ford failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign in the 6100 block of West Commerce Street near Southwest 39th Street. As a result, the vehicle collided with a black 2017 Honda.

A 50-year-old female and a 24-year-old male involved in the accident were injured. EMS transported both victims to local hospitals for further treatment and evaluation.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
